Shannon Elizalde BSN, RN

RN Clinical Manager

With a warm demeanor and a wealth of experience, Shannon Elizalde is dedicated to empowering women and fostering wellness at every stage of life.

Shannon Elizalde grew up in the Austin area. Following high school, she pursued her education at Texas A&M University before transferring to The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with Honors with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.

Early in her career, Shannon honed her skills as an ICU nurse in a level 1 trauma center. However, it was her transition to women’s health that truly ignited her passion. With a focus on Labor & Delivery and high-risk antepartum care, Shannon’s dedication to women’s health became evident. Additionally, Shannon worked as the Regional Director of a home health care agency, specializing in high-risk obstetrical services. She also served as a Nurse Case Manager for at-risk, medically fragile pregnant mothers and babies. Eventually, she ventured into entrepreneurship as a small business owner, operating a medspa in the Austin area where she became certified in lasers. Shannon’s entrepreneurial spirit also led her to establish an Etsy store, where she achieved the distinguished title of top 1% seller for five consecutive years, leaving nursing to make her passion for creating her full-time job.

After time away, Shannon returned to her first love, nursing. As Dr. Neyman’s medical office nurse and Clinical Manager, she leveraged her extensive experience and compassion to provide exceptional care to her patients. Recently, Shannon transitioned to Helio Health and Wellness as the new Clinical Manager and BioTE provider, where she continues to make a positive impact on women’s health.

On a personal note, Shannon cherishes her 26 years of marriage and embraces her newfound status as an empty nester. With two children in college and two furry dog children (they still live at home), Shannon’s life is full of love and laughter. Shannon’s creativity shines through her hobbies. From crafting to gardening and reading, she finds joy in creating and making.
